A cut above the rest
As soon as you walk in the door, you know you’re in a special place.
We opened proof in 2017 with the goal of differentiating ourselves from the other bars in town. We created a female-friendly space; beautifully decorated, luxurious and most importantly, safe. Proof is a non-smoking bar and the only bar in town that doesn’t have TV screens all over. We subscribe to an old-fashioned concept that prioritizes interaction between people. The ancient art of socialising is alive and well here.
We pride ourselves on our service and we’re dedicated to making every visit as special as possible.
We serve a wide variety of drinks to suit every occasion and every palate. Our wine list is carefully curated to provide value above all else and many of our wines and MCCs are available by the glass. Cocktails, beers and a large selection of spirits rounds out the drinks list which is complemented by a full pizza menu, served in partnership with our friends at Giuseppe’s Pizza (conveniently located around the corner from us).
Weekly events and monthly quiz nights are always great fun and an opportunity to experience Proof at its finest.
